1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pak363" refers to the pak363 online gaming platform, accessible at pak363.vip, and all associated services, products, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pak363 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on pak363 through which gaming and betting services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's pak363 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a pak363 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other wagering products made available through the pak363 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency of pak363.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak363 platform, creating an Account, or making use of any Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak363 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pak363 platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

pak363 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. Where amendments are material, pak363 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

3 Eligibility

Use of the pak363 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an Account:

• You are aged 21 years or above. 21+
• You are accessing pak363 as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not as a representative of any commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of pak363 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pak363 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a pak363 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by pak363 or any third-party responsible gaming body.

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a pak363 Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address.

You are permitted to hold only one pak363 Account. The opening of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or household — is prohibited. pak363 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate Accounts and to void any Balances or winnings associated with them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak363 Login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify pak363 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pak363 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• pak363 may at any time require you to submit identity verification documents (including a CNIC copy, proof of address, or payment method verification) as part of our Know Your Customer obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

pak363 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions are conducted in PKR. pak363 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on pak363:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the pak363 cashier section at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account Balance.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pak363 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• pak363 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pak363 accepts no responsibility.
• pak363 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, where this is considered necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account Balance is subject to an active investigation, Account suspension, or unresolved bonus wagering obligation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak363 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have registered a verified pak363 Account and who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion will specify its applicable Wagering Requirement. Until this requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• pak363 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Wagering Requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering pathway.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on pak363 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the game interface or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• All casino game outcomes on pak363 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified for fairness and randomness.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. pak363 reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is subject to official review or protest.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to technical availability. pak363 does not accept liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• pak363 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and to correct such errors in the Account Balance accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at pak363's discretion.

pak363 Cricket and PSL markets follow the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and revised targets are all handled in accordance with those published rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak363. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Opening or operating more than one pak363 Account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the Services in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, card, or competitive game format offered on pak363.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pak363 platform to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or use of proceeds of criminal activity through the pak363 platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your pak363 Account through your payment provider without the prior written consent of pak363.
• Accessing pak363 from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or using VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology to mask your true location for that purpose.

9 Responsible Gaming

pak363 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide every Account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available through the Account settings menu after completing pak363 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure session duration reminders to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the pak363 platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to support are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, pak363 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

pak363 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction on all Services. We do not target advertising at individuals under 21 and we cooperate with responsible gaming bodies to enforce age compliance across the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak363 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, and the compilation thereof — is the property of pak363 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak363 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any pak363 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code underlying the pak363 platform.
• Use the pak363 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pak363.

Any unauthorised use of pak363 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak363 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, which are an inherent and understood risk of using any wagering platform.
• Technical interruptions, downtime, server failures, or connectivity issues that temporarily prevent access to the Services, provided pak363 takes reasonable steps to restore availability promptly.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, whether foreseeable or not, arising from use of the pak363 platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit pak363's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The pak363 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak363 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose or the uninterrupted availability of any Service.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak363 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the pak363 platform shall first be referred to pak363's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, Players must contact the pak363 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected], providing a clear written description of the dispute and all relevant supporting information. pak363 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within five business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism established under pak363's international gaming licence. Details of this mechanism are available upon request from pak363 support.

13 Privacy

pak363's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the pak363 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at pak363.vip/privacy-policy.

By registering a pak363 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of the Services.

pak363 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies is shared solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services and meet compliance obligations.

14 Amendments

pak363 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Where amendments are considered material by pak363 — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or eligibility criteria — pak363 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file no fewer than seven days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pak363 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available Balance before the effective date.
